Payment

• Products will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment
• Only VISA or MasterCard is accepted for online purchases
• If you wish to pay via cheque or bankers' draft, you may do so by placing your order directly with our Customer Services Department, by fax or by post. All payments made by cheque or by bankers' draft must be in Singapore dollars

Custom & Taxation

• All International Shipment - may incur taxes; duties and/or brokerage fees (paid directly to customs). Our prices do not include these fees
• All purchases made in Singapore will be subject to the prevailing GST

Returns/Cancellation

• For authorization of returns, kindly contact Kaplan Learning Institute at (65) 6733 1877) or email info.sg@kaplan.com
• Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date which you receive your products
• The materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrapped in order to be considered for a refund
• Cancellation of returns are subjected to a restocking fee of S$50
• No returns/cancellation will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when the order was received
• Cancellation of order is subjected to a S$50 administration fee
• All associated shipment cost including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer
• If the order has been shipped and is in transit with the courier service, the refund amount would be less the shipment costs, in addition to a S$50 restocking fee
• Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, extended online access and previous year sales are final and non-refundable
• Audio, Video and CD-ROM Software may be returned provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging and shrink-wrapped
• You will be liable for the postage costs for returning the goods back to us. Unless the goods which you have received were damaged, no postage costs will be refunded
• Kindly return the materials, along with a copy of the original invoice and return authorization to Kaplan Learning Institute
• Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30-45 business days after the goods has been returned

Delivery

• Delivery timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays
• Online components will not be subjected to courier charges

Pre-Orders
We will notify you to collect the available products via phone/email when it arrives to Singapore. Original receipt must be presented for collection. We strongly advise you to pre-order your materials. If you are unable to self collect, you may authorize (in writing) a third party to collect on your behalf, and the person must present the original receipt.
