Structure and Content
This advanced level degree program consists of 8 courses and may be completed in 20 months through distance education mode, as follows:

| Term 2 | Aesthetics and Ergonomics in Product Design Material and Process Selection in Product Design |
| Term 3 | Product Design Communication Mechnical Design Simulation |
| Term 4 | Rapid Manufacturing and Tooling Product Lifecycle Management |
Entry Requirement
- A recognised polytechnic diploma in engineering, technology,or related technical areas or equivalent qualifications
- Good command of English.
- Relevant Industrial Experience, amounting to at least one year.
Delivery Method
Most Courses in this program heavily rely on the use of digital technologies of product design and manufacture in the form of educational software packages. The teaching mode for all subjects will be through modular or intensive methods of delivery.Assessment Methods
Each course will be assessed by class participation, written assignment and/or examination.
Graduation and Degree
Graduates will be allowed to use the award title BTech or BTech (Product Design & Innovation) after their names.
