Withdrawal & Refund Policy

 

Withdrawal - CFP (Classroom Training)

 

Kaplan Financial offers a cooling period for students who withdraw within 7 days from course enrolment, upon fulfillment of the following conditions and also upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation to Kaplan Financial:

 

i) 100% refund of course fees (less S$200 administrative fee) – before course commencement date

ii)100% refund of course fees (less S$300 administrative fee) – after course commencement date

 

Upon expiry of the 7-day cooling period, the following refund policy will apply for any withdrawal upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation (less any bank administrative charges):

Please note that there is strictly no refund of course fees after the course commencement date.

 

Please allow 7 days processing time for all refund payments.  

 

In the unlikely event that Kaplan fails to start the course on the prescribed date, or change they type of course offered, you are allowed to withdraw from the course enrolled and get a full refund.

 

Kaplan reserves the right to withdraw courses offered as classes will commence subject to meeting minimum student numbers. In the event of course withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the course fees paid

 

 

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND PROCEDURES

 

a) Students must inform Program Management in writing and complete a Course Withdrawal Form (Appendix 1) with reason of withdrawal.

 

b) All requests for refunds must be accompanied with relevant supporting documents.

 

c) The student concern will be informed of the final decision relating to the refund of course fee arising from withdrawal which will be made at the sole discretion of Kaplan.

 

d)  Upon approval, a crossed cheque will be issued under the student’s name according to the school’s record.  Students must inform Kaplan in writing if the cheque is to be made out to a third party.

 

e) Refund will be available within 7 days from date of receipt of the refund request.

 

f)  The student will be required to collect the cheque personally from our 2nd Level Reception Counter. You will need to provide a letter of authorization if you wish to authorize a third party to collect on your behalf.
