Preparatory Course for Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)
Course Syllabus & Fees
CAT is divided into 3 levels – Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced level. All papers in the Introductory and Intermediate levels are compulsory. Advanced level contains 3 compulsory papers and 2 optional papers. You are only required to pass 9 papers, unless exemptions are awarded.
Upon completion of the CAT exams, you will be automatically transferred to the Skills Module of the ACCA Qualification exams, providing you are 17 years of age or over and that you notified ACCA for this transfer to take place when you initially registered as a CAT student.

August 2010 Intake
Students who are anxious to proceed to the next stage of their studies or who are retaking a particular paper will find the August course structure ideal for the December 2010 examinations. New classes will be starting for Papers 1, 2, 3 and 4 in August 2010. Students enrolled in the Advanced level courses will attend a few ‘catch-up’ lessons for Paper 9 before joining the existing classes which started in July 2010. For Papers 5, 6, 7 and 10, “catch-up” sessions are recorded and available online for students who sign up for the course. You will enjoy maximum benefits from this intensive course program. We will cover all areas of the syllabus in a concentrated study schedule with revision sessions and mock exams. This will ensure you are well prepared to take your examinations in December 2010.
