Mui Kim graduated with an accountancy degree from National University of Singapore with honours. She is a CPA and holds an MBA postgraduate degree from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. She has been an associate lecturer with SIM since 1998, lecturing on auditing, accounting and finance subjects and has trained executives from major corporations. Mui Kim cherishes her role as a mentor and part-time lecturer, where she can inspire her students and help them maximise their potential in their studies.

He is currently a practicing lawyer and is a Legal Advisor and Company Secretary to companies and community/social groups and society. He teaches part-time at Kaplan Financial.

Pei Yee graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an honours degree in Accountancy. She also holds a Master of Science in Financial Management, with distinction, from University of London. She worked for an international accounting firm before joining Kaplan Financial, and has been teaching ACCA and CAT papers for more than 10 years. Students particularly like her clear explanation of concepts and her systematic approach to problem solving. Pei Yee is keen on sharing her way to achieving academic success and helping students maximise their learning capabilities. She teaches at Kaplan Financial on a part-time basis.

Connie gained a Law degree from Nottingham University before joining Deloitte, working as an auditor and insolvency practitioner. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then joined De Montfort University (UK) as a lecturer, teaching on undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional accounting and business courses. Connie moved to Singapore in 1997 and quickly established herself as an effective and popular full-time lecturer. She specialises in audit and financial reporting at Kaplan Financial, and is known for the humour and exam focus she brings to her classes. She has written several articles for ACCA publications, and is currently undertaking a research project on cultural differences and their effect on learning styles.

Sami is a graduate from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor degree in Economics. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience and is widely respected for his results-oriented teaching methods. Sami previously taught the Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and Bachelor of Business in Business Administration at SIM. At Kaplan Financial, Sami specialises in financial accounting/reporting, costing and financial management on a part-time basis.

Dennis specialises in teaching Business and Corporate Law from the ACCA program. He is also a qualified Advocate and Solicitor (Singapore) and Solicitor (England and Wales) who has worked for both Singapore and International Law firms. He is currently a lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic and enjoys using real life examples in his teaching. Elaine is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and also a top graduate in the Masters of Science in Financial Management & Control in the University of Aston, UK. She has extensive regional experience in heading the finance and accounting operations of various Multinational Corporations in the past decade. She is presently teaching Financial Accounting in NUS Business School and has also taught on the University of Wales degree program. Mary is a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has over 17 years of accumulated teaching experience in Accounting, Finance, Cost and Management Accounting courses with leading educational institutions in Singapore. She was previously with a local audit firm with vast experience in auditing, accounting, corporate secretarial and tax related work. She is currently a Chartered Financial consultant with a leading life assurance company and teaches part-time at Kaplan Financial.

Shermeen holds a Bachelor of Arts from National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Hull, UK. She is a trained EQ coach and a Behavioural Consultant for D.I.S.C. Personality Profiling. Her forte is EQ, self-management, management, communications, supervisory skills, customer service and other soft-skills training. Shermeen has trained both government bodies, MNCs and SMEs, and is a lecturer for the ACCA Paper 4 and JCU.

Terence's qualifications are LL.B. (Hons) (NUS), LL.M. (Lond), ACCA (Grad)., Advocate and Solicitor. He currently lectures in the Faculty of Law at National University of Singapore and is also a consultant to the National Computer Board and to several law firms. Terence is also a CIMA examiner and specialises in teaching Corporate & Business Law for the ACCA program at Kaplan Financial on a part-time basis.

Yuen graduated from NUS Business School and achieved her position of Assistant General Manager by the age of 29. Since then, she decided on a total career change to share her industrial and managerial experiences by lecturing. She also holds an MBA postgraduate degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia, graduating as a mace bearer for her academic excellence and prize winner for Strategic Management. Prior to joining Kaplan on a part-time basis, she is lecturing at the SIM University. She is a candid facilitator at Kaplan, injecting her brand of humour and management insight into courses like ACCA programs.
