In this course, participants will learn how to draft the right messages, apply the right pitching and listening skills to attract prospects to their business. They will also learn to pinpoint their prospect’s needs, propose a sellable solution and conduct a business agreement.

This course is designed for sales and marketing professionals who wish to attract prospects, secure deals and appointments over phone and email.

At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:

  • Describe the communicative needs of the audience
  • Apply telephone and e-mail techniques to address the needs of the audience
  • Build interpersonal relationships with the audience using communicative skills
  • Refine telephone and e-mail language skills to achieve intended outcomes
