Post-Secondary Education Scheme (PSEA)
The Post-Secondary Education Scheme helps parents save for their children’s post-secondary education by maintaining a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) for each eligible child.
A child can use his PSEA funds to pay for his own or his siblings’ approved fees and charges for approved Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) courses conducted by Kaplan Professional.
Who are eligible for PSEA?
It is administered by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and is opened automatically for all eligible Singaporeans.

- Check on account balance (updated every Wednesday) on a 24-hour basis
- Obtain general information on schemes
