After attending the info session at Kaplan, I did some research on UCD. What I found impressed me: UCD is one of the top one per cent universities in the world as well as a Triple-Crown Accredited Business School (AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS). I also discovered good reviews for UCD as the degree is recognised in Singapore and, as a result, many graduates have been placed in top positions in multinational organisations, for example, Google."

I chose UCD's MSc programme because of its Triple-Crown accreditation and world-wide recognition that made it a very viable option to fulfill my twin needs of self-development and career enhancement. Furthermore, I have received a subsidy from my organisation because the MSc Degree awarded by UCD is recognised in the civil service. The flexible delivery of the lessons has allowed me to be effectively immersed with the learning contents and thus enabling effective application in the workplace with successful outcomes.

I'm a Senior Executive with the Occupational Safety & Health Division within the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). I received full sponsorship from MOM to undertake UCD’s Bachelor Degree because UCD is a recognised university in my organisation.

The programme features a holistic part-time Bachelor Degree from the renowned University College Dublin (UCD), albeit locally in the comfort of Singapore.

I graduated with a Diploma in Marketing. With this, I decided to pursue my studies further by taking up the Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) in Marketing with University College Dublin, in association with Kaplan. I’m currently working as an Assistant Account Manager. My job scope includes sales and marketing, with a focus on account management/servicing and planning client’s marketing campaigns.

Hence, the course really helped me a lot in my job as I get to apply what I’ve learnt to my work. Studying this course is a value add to my work profile.

I need a degree programme that offers flexible schedules which would allow me to excel in my studies and work whilst not affecting precious family time. It is very essential for me to choose a course of undergraduate study that is relevant to my job scope and importantly, recognised in the civil service. After the completion of the UCD programme, I feel more empowered and ready to take on more challenges. I am currently planning to take up an MBA programme to further enhance my knowledge and skillsets.

I wanted to study in a school that was reputable and had the necessary accreditations, and UCD fits both criteria. I believe that the knowledge I would gain from my HRM studies at UCD would complement my experience in the US and Singapore, and allow me to gain better perspective and understanding of how to deal with challenges HR practitioners face, such as talent recruitment and retention.

I decided to take up a UCD programme because of the duration. My friends and colleagues who took the same UCD programme highly recommended it to me.

The flexible class schedule was very suitable to part-time students like me. I was able to graduate successfully from my degree programme while managing my family and work commitments. Upon completing the UCD degree, I was promoted to become a team lead and at the same time, received a pay increment. This is indeed one of the best choices I have made in my life.

I took up UCD degree on company sponsorship and completed the programme successfully within 18 months. The duration of 18 months is reasonable for a part-time student like me. For UCD programme, the classes are very flexible and I do not have to commit weekly classes which will be disruptive to my work and family life.

My biggest take away from my UCD degree goes beyond concepts learned in the classroom but the valuable business insights gained through interaction with lecturers and fellow classmates. It was more about the overall experience of being put through a top-notch holistic education from a reputed university. This degree has indeed prepared me well for the competitive world.
