- Diploma in Business Administration, Kaplan Higher Education Academy (2009)
- Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Marketing, University College Dublin, National University of Ireland in Dublin (2010)
“I was drawn towards Kaplan Higher Education Academy by the campus’ convenient location, and I chose to start with a Diploma in Business Administration from Kaplan Higher Education Academy as I felt that it gave me a wide perception of all the courses in general. I would know what I enjoyed learning, and what wasn’t suitable for me.
I benefitted from my Diploma in Business Administration by gaining a good understanding of the different subjects I would face on the degree level, and I learnt how the academic system works and how to do well in each module I encounter. The diploma programme trained me well and taught me how to excel. At that time, it had always been my aim to get into the marketing degree programme offered by University College Dublin (UCD), as it was ranked among the top hundred universities globally.
Currently, I enjoy the fast pace of the UCD programme, as I will receive my degree in one and a half years – much faster than my friends in local universities. At the same time, I continue having the freedom to do the things I like. For example, my friends and I once used an actual bottle of beer during a presentation on a popular beer brand, and we drank it during the presentation. We could let loose, but we also managed to emphasise our points about how the brand advertised and made a name for themselves. By not being rigid, our lecturers allowed us to be creative in our presentation.”
