Student Pass Cancellation Form

• For graduate students, obtain Singapore work pass, return to home country permanently, transfer to other schools etc.
• Must attach passport copy, student pass card copy, original student pass card and original Kaplan student access card for submission

Withdrawal and Refund Form

• For cancelling student pass, obtain course module exemption etc
• Must provide name for cheque issued or telegraphic transfer for students without a bank account in Singapore (form upon request)
