The Straits Times (28 Sep 2023) — From investigator to Miss Universe Singapore: Priyanka Annuncia’s unconventional path to the crown

Newly-minted Miss Universe Singapore, Priyanka Annuncia, has a deep passion for criminal justice and the legal system which arose from her interest in true-crime documentaries and American crime dramas. With a conviction to bring about positive change in the field of human trafficking, Priyanka worked as a part-time private investigator while enrolled in the Bachelor of Business in Business Law and Criminology programme from Murdoch University at Kaplan (Singapore).
