Dr. Mohamed Fadhil is a multi-faceted professional with many years of experience in higher education, research, and the professional training industry. He specialises in teaching qualitative research methods and has extensive teaching experience in the areas of communication sciences, well-being, emotional intelligence, and organisational behaviour.
Dr. Mohamed Fadhil is a passionate qualitative researcher in the education and training industry, particularly in the areas of leadership, higher education, innovative pedagogical practices, organisational sensemaking, and appreciative and well-being studies.
With over two decades of experience working with students and adults from diverse backgrounds and organisations, Dr. Mohamed Fadhil currently heads the Curriculum and Intervention department and serves as Senior Editor with Journal of Learning and Teaching (JALT) at Kaplan Higher Education Academy. Dr. Mohamed Fadhil's commitment to academic rigour is underscored by his continuous involvement in teaching undergraduate and graduate students as well as providing thesis supervision. In addition, he contributes his expertise to several academic committees, including the Academic Intervention Board, Curriculum Development Review Committee, Teaching and Learning Committee, and Examination Board at Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
