Mode of Payment

Available payment modes are cash, cheque (Singapore banks), NETS or Visa/Mastercard/AMEX cards (including 0% interest instalment by DBS Bank/OCBC Bank/UOB/Maybank/Standard Chartered). Students can also opt to pay invoiced programme fees from the 2nd instalment onwards via SAM kiosk/web/mobile app.

Please make payments according to the company name. For payment by cheque, please ensure correct payee to either “Kaplan Higher Education Academy Pte Ltd” or “Kaplan Higher Education Institute Pte Ltd”.

For all part-time programmes, please make payment to “Kaplan Higher Education Institute Pte Ltd”.

For all full-time programmes, bridging modules and short courses, please make payment to
“Kaplan Higher Education Academy Pte Ltd”.

Payment Counter

Students who prefer to make payment for their programme fees over the counter may now return to campus to do so.

Counter operating hours:
9am – 8pm (Mondays to Fridays)
9am – 3pm (Saturdays)

Christmas Eve and New Year Eve: 9am to 1pm

(Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays and Chinese New Year Eve)

Internet Banking

Go to Bill Payment on your banking application and select Kaplan Higher Education Institute or Kaplan Higher Education Academy as the billing organisation.

SAM Kiosk/Mobile App/Web

For New Students

New students who wish to pay their application fee or their 1st instalment of the programme fee should contact the programme consultant for assistance.

For Existing Students

Existing students can also opt to pay invoiced programme fees from the 2nd instalment onwards via SAM.

Flywire

For international students making overseas remittance payments through Flywire, please make payment via www.pay.kap.sg (programme fee only).

Globalpay Online Payment

This only applies to payment of application fee via the Online Application portal at https://apply.kaplan.com.sg/

Interbank Transfer/Telegraphic

Students can make application fee and programme fee payments via Interbank Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer.
