Dr. Mullaikodi Vaithilingam is an accomplished higher education leader with more than 25 years of experience in Singapore’s private education sector. She has been pivotal in shaping IT education, driving curriculum innovation, and integrating digital learning technologies to meet evolving industry needs.
Before joining Kaplan Higher Education Academy, she held senior leadership roles in private education, where she oversaw technology education, IT infrastructure, and e-learning development, contributing to institutional growth and innovation.
Her expertise spans academic operations, faculty development, programme design, and student engagement, and she has consistently championed initiatives that strengthen teaching quality and enhance learner outcomes.
As Head of School (Technology, Engineering & Mathematics), Dr. Mullaikodi provides strategic leadership in programme delivery, curriculum design, and regulatory compliance, while working closely with university partners to ensure academic rigour and industry relevance.
