Dr Daniel CS Chew - Educator and Senior HR Professional​

An IHRP‑Senior HR Professional with a Doctorate in Business Administration, an Honorary Professorship, an Honorary Doctorate in HRM, and Double Master’s Degrees in Human Resource Management. He brings over 25 years of experience across lecturing, consulting, training, mentoring, and senior HR leadership roles in global organisations such as Apple, Mitsubishi Chemicals, Keppel Logistics, and A*STAR. Dr Daniel combines practical industry experience with academic excellence to deliver impactful training and consultancy. His areas of expertise include HRM, compensation design, employment legislation, PDPA, organisational psychology, process optimisation, and Lean Six Sigma.

 

Mr Yoong Ee-Chuan - President, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (Singapore Chapter)​

A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Singapore, Mr Yoong holds certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISM, ISCA(FFP), CFE, ASEAN CPA, and ACLP. Mr Yoong has over 30 years’ experience in assurance, risk, fraud, IT security, cyber security, governance, and internal audits, including roles such as Head of Internal Audit in higher education and Agency Chief Information Security Officer. Mr Yoong has led complex data analytics and forensic investigations, including uncovering a high-profile bid-rigging case perpetrated against a public sector agency, which led to prosecution by the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS). He is an established trainer for the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore. He currently serves as President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (Singapore Chapter) and specialises in fraud risk management and strengthening internal controls.

Dr Andrew has spent 30 years in the industry, contributing to Fortune 500 companies such as Sony, Motorola, Dell, Philips, and Schneider Electric, before turning his focus to helping professionals apply practical AI at work. As the Founder and Lead Trainer of AC-Eduworks LLP, Dr Andrew has trained over 1,100 professionals across corporate and public programmes. His mission is simple — empower minds, with less theory and more doing. Every session is hands‑on and designed to ensure participants leave with skills they can immediately apply.
