Alfred is a versatile professional with extensive experience in higher education, focusing on business management. He possesses a deep knowledge of teaching management, marketing and communication. Additionally, he is an enthusiastic lecturer, with a keen interest in the subjects of business environment and innovation, organisational culture, marketing and student engagement.

With more than 10 years of experience engaging with students and adults of various backgrounds in the educational field, he presently holds the position of Academic Liaison at Northumbria University (Business Faculty) and oversees several business modules as the Discipline Coordinator, at both Advanced Diploma and Diploma levels. Moreover, he is appointed as the Academic Representative responsible for moderating and approving examination scripts for University Bridging programmes.
