All Rebates and Offers
All applicants to a Kaplan Higher Education Academy programme (including Diplomas) are each entitled to one type of Rebate and/or Offer at the time of their enrolment, subject to the applicable terms and conditions and eligibility criteria. This exclusion does not apply to Corporate Rebates (for 2025 intake enrolments); separate terms and conditions apply. Students awarded any of Kaplan’s Scholarship Awards shall not be entitled to the below rebates and offers, unless otherwise approved by Kaplan in writing. The following rebates and offers do not apply to international applicants.
Enrolment Exclusive
“Enrolment” refers to an application for a programme where the application fee has been paid.
50% Waiver of Application Fee
- Applicable for all Diploma programmes, and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree programmes.
Study Rebate
- Applicable for selected Diploma programmes, and Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree programmes.
- The Study Rebate will be automatically deducted from the student’s last instalment for his/her programme.
- A student who receives the Education Grant will not be entitled to the Study Rebate.
Gift Voucher
- Applicable for all Diploma programmes, and selected Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree programmes.
- Each enrolment is entitled to 1 unit of Gift Voucher only.
- Gift Voucher giveaways are non‐exchangeable, non‐transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

- Upgrader Rebate is applicable to all Kaplan Higher Education students and graduates upgrading to pursue the next higher qualification. The rebate applies to students and graduates of either the Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree qualification.
- The Upgrader Rebate will be deducted from the eligible student’s final instalment payment.
- A student who receives the Education Grant will not be entitled to Upgrader Rebate.
Referral Incentive
- Applicable to both current Kaplan students and alumni who refer new students to pursue a Kaplan Higher Education Academy (Kaplan) programme.
- The names of both the referrer and referee must be indicated clearly on the Application Form.
- The “referrer” must be either a current student or an alumnus.
- “Current student” refers to a student who has either commenced a course with Kaplan or accepted the letter of offer and made payment for the first instalment of the course.
- An “alumnus” or “alumni” refers to graduates or former students who studied at Kaplan.
- The “referee” must be a new student who is pursuing a Kaplan programme with intake starting in Year 2025 or 2026.
- A referrer will not be entitled to the Referral Incentive if the referee is an existing Kaplan alumnus.
- The Referral Incentive will be issued to the referrer after the referee has made the first instalment payment of the programme fee and commenced his/her programme. Both the referrer and the referee must not have any outstanding payment with Kaplan for the Referral Incentive to be disbursed.
- A referrer receiving a Referral Incentive for a programme application will remain eligible for any other programme fee rebate or upgrader rebate for that programme application.
- The Referral Incentive is stackable with Education Grant for selected Kaplan programmes.
- All manner of Referral Incentives is not applicable to current employees and ex-employees of Kaplan.
- Kaplan reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time to vary, amend, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions, or to terminate or suspend the referral fee at any time without notice, reference, or liability.
Murdoch University Exclusive – S$1,000 Referral Incentive
- Applicable to both current Kaplan students and alumni who refer new students to pursue a Murdoch University programme.
- The names of both the referrer and referee must be indicated clearly on the Application Form.
- The “referrer” must be either a current student or an alumnus.
- “Current student” refers to a student who has either commenced a course with Kaplan or accepted the letter of offer and made payment for the first instalment of the course.
- An “alumnus” or “alumni” refers to graduates or former students who studied at Kaplan.
- The “referee” must be a new student who is pursuing a Murdoch University programme for the January 2026 intake.
- A referrer will not be entitled to the Referral Incentive if the referee is an existing Kaplan alumnus.
- The Referral Incentive will be issued to the referrer after the referee has made the first instalment payment of the programme fee and commenced his/her programme. Both the referrer and the referee must not have any outstanding payment with Kaplan for the Referral Incentive to be disbursed.
- A referrer receiving a Referral Incentive for a programme application will remain eligible for any other programme fee rebate or upgrader rebate for that programme application.
- All manner of Referral Incentives is not applicable to current employees and ex-employees of Kaplan.

Education Grant
- Applicable for selected University Degree programmes and proprietary programmes. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant is applicable for selected University Degree programmes. For 2025 intake enrolments, the amount awarded to each student will range from S$1,090 to S$6,540 (inclusive of 9% GST), depending on the programme selected. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant is also applicable for the Foundation Diploma (E‐Learning) and Diploma in Business Management (General Studies) (E‐Learning) programmes only, and the amount awarded will be S$654 and S$2,616 (inclusive of 9% GST) respectively. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
- The Education Grant amount will be automatically deducted from the student’s last fee instalment payment for the programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
- The Education Grant and amount specified is exclusive to selected programmes and not transferable to other programmes or another intake of the same programme.
- A student who receives the Education Grant will not be entitled to any other rebates, promotions and offers, except for a 50% application fee waiver and Murdoch University bridging units’ waiver.
- A student who is eligible for the Education Grant and is also entitled to a fee adjustment on account of being exempted from a module (a “fee adjustment”) will receive either the fee adjustment or the Education Grant, whichever is higher. No student will be entitled to both a fee adjustment and the Education Grant.
- The Education Grant is non‐exchangeable, non‐transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Education Grant will be forfeited if the student withdraws from, defers, or fails to complete the programme.
- The Education Grant may be withdrawn at any time if the Education Grant holder’s progress or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory, as determined at the reasonable discretion of the University and/or Kaplan Higher Education Academy, including if the awardee breaches or is subsequently found to have breached any applicable law, does not exemplify conduct or performance (whether academic or others) of a deserving student and/or any disciplinary action is taken against the awardee.
- If the Education Grant is forfeited or withdrawn for any reason, the awardee will not be eligible for any further subsequent award of the Grant.
- The University and Kaplan Higher Education Academy reserve the right to amend, suspend or discontinue this Education Grant at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of University/Kaplan Higher Education Academy will be final and binding.

- The study rebate ranges from S$109 to S$1,635 (inclusive of 9% GST) depending on the programme selected (refer below).

- "Upgrader Rebate" applies to all Kaplan Higher Education Academy students and graduates upgrading to pursue the next higher qualification, as shown below.

S$50 Takashimaya Voucher
- Valid for enrolments from 5 – 11 February 2026.
- Applicable for all Advanced Diplomas, Diplomas, Foundation Diplomas, and the Preparatory Course for Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
- There are 100 sets of S$50 Takashimaya gift voucher available.
- All redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Each unique applicant is limited to a maximum of 1 gift voucher redemption, regardless of the number of programmes applied for.
- All gift vouchers must be collected from Kaplan City Campus @ Odeon 333 on 11 February 2026, by 5pm or from Kaplan City Campus @ Wilkie Edge by 28 February 2026, 5pm. Failure to do so will result in the voucher being forfeited.
- The gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.

International Applicants
Higher Education Programmes
100% Waiver of Application Fee
- For application submissions from 5- 11 February 2026.
- Applicable intakes: February, March and April 2026, valid for all Higher Education programmes, but not applicable to e-learning programmes.
- Withdrawal or deferment from the programme before the commencement date will result in the forfeiture of the waiver.
