Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) (Honours) (Top-up)
RMIT University First Class Honours Graduate (2023)
To pave the way for career development, I decided to pursue a Mechanical Engineering Degree at RMIT University. I wanted to acquire in-depth knowledge of engineering fundamentals and expand my horizons in the field of Engineering.
I strongly believe that investing in academics, such as learning how to communicate with peers, comprehending technical jargon, crafting presentations and reading reports, is essential for improving oneself. For example, the Management of Engineering Projects and Research classes have enhanced my computer skills and soft skills, expertise which are crucial in the competitive job market.
By taking a part-time Degree programme while working full-time, I am able to gain technical knowledge as well as work experience, both of which I believe help boost career stability, personal development and job satisfaction. My promotion from Assistant Engineer to Executive Engineer is a testament to my belief.
