Lianhe Zaobao (26 Sep 2022) — Border control relaxed, Chinese students enrolment to expand

During the COVID-19 pandemic, enrolment for international students by various schools in Singapore has either remained stable or increased. Dr Susie Khoo, President of Kaplan (Singapore), was quoted as saying that Kaplan’s international student enrolment numbers remained stable and foresees an increase with the epidemic stabilising and border controls easing.
