NTUC UTAP Support

The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is an NTUC initiative designed to support working adults in their lifelong learning journey by helping eligible union members offset the cost of selected training and education programmes. Whether you are looking to earn a Bachelor's Degree, advance your expertise with a Postgraduate qualification, or strengthen your professional credentials through Professional Certifications such as ACCA, UTAP can help make quality education more accessible as you invest in your future.

UTAP for AI Tool Subscription

Under the NTUC AI-Ready SG initiative, UTAP has been enhanced to support NTUC members’ subscriptions to eligible AI tools from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028.

There are currently 21 supported AI tools, spanning key use cases such as productivity, content creation, software development, and digital marketing. This scheme is meant to help NTUC members translate training into immediate, practical workplace applications.

To qualify for UTAP support for AI tool subscriptions, members must have completed a UTAP-approved AI course within one year prior to their subscription. UTAP support is generally available to eligible NTUC members who meet the programme requirements.
