  • About the Programme

An education grant of S$4,360 is available to local applicants for the 2027 intakes of this programme. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.

The Master of Decarbonisation, Energy and Sustainability Management is an accelerated, one-year Postgraduate programme that builds advanced knowledge and practical skills in low-carbon energy, sustainability, and climate leadership. With a strong global perspective on contemporary sustainability challenges, it prepares graduates to lead and contribute to the decarbonisation initiatives shaping industry, government, and consultancy.

All students will complete four core units that develop foundational capabilities in Just Transition and renewable energy pathways, sustainability and climate-related reporting, carbon management, and life cycle assessment. Students will then deepen their expertise through two complementary majors selected from Strategic Decarbonisation, Renewable and Sustainable Energy, Sustainable Cities and Infrastructure, and Corporate Sustainability Management.

This specialisation in Renewable and Sustainable Energy and Sustainable Cities and Infrastructure combines technical expertise in clean energy systems with the design and assessment of low-carbon, climate-resilient built environments. Through the Renewable and Sustainable Energy major, students develop capabilities in solar energy, wind energy, energy storage, and energy efficiency, applying tools such as HOMER and LEAP for energy system simulation and scenario planning.

The Sustainable Cities and Infrastructure major develops capabilities in circular economy design, climate change risk assessment and adaptation planning, smart and sustainable city systems, and performance benchmarking for infrastructure. Graduates will be prepared for roles such as Energy Systems Analyst, Clean Energy Specialist, Sustainable Infrastructure Consultant, Urban Sustainability Planner, and Climate Resilience Advisor across renewable energy, utilities, construction, urban development, consultancies, and public administration.

    Graduation & Degree Awarded
